General Information

AIR CONDITION is provided between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday. A surcharge will be applied should a tenant requires air condition outside these hours.

 

CLEANING will commerce each morning at 7:00am. Should you prefer not to have your offices cleaned in your absence, please inform the Business Centre Reception.

 

REFRESHMENTS are served during working hours. A fully fitted kitchenette is available inside the Saigon Business Centre should you require additional refreshments.

 

ELECTRICITY is provided to tenants at no extra charge, We do ask, however, that you switch off lights before you leave.

 

MANAGEMENT FEES AND RATE are both included in the cost.

 

GOVERNMENT TAX of 10% is charged on all the invoices.

 

DEPOSIT of two months rental is required as well as one month rental in advance at the signing of the leasing contract.

 

TELEPHONES are already installed in each office and your company will be issued an individual telephone number. During offices hours our reception staff will answer your calls and call will be transferred to your office. In your absence, we will take messages on your behalf and forward these messages to you. Each telephone is also fitted with a personalised voice mail system.

FACSIMILE FACILITIES are available at the Business Centre, although you may wish to opt for your own private fax line to be installed in your office.

 

PRIVATE MAILBOXES are allocated to each company. Incoming correspondence and fascimiles will be handled, sorted and distributed into your boxes for collection.

 

FURNITURE is provided within all suites. They are equipped with an executive desk, a general working desk set with drawers and filing cabinets, telephone handsets and paintings.

 

ACCESS to your office is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
